Your make-up bag staples?
led t8 tubeFor foundation, I love Clinique Superfit Makeup. I use neutral eye colours from Mac, Lancome Hypnose Mascara and Paul & Joe lipgloss.
Your desert island essential?
Sunscreen in a very high factor - I always use 50-plus on my face in the summer - and a good tinted moisturiser, such as Laura Mercier.
What makes you feel glamorous?
High heels - being only 5ft 2in they are essential. I love shoe boots and stilettos with platforms as they give me an extra lift. I have some beautiful Alexander McQueen heels that I adore.
What is your favourite shop?
Maxfield in Los Angeles, and Liberty and Selfridges in London.
The best-ever beauty treatment?
I love any kind of massage, particularly Indian massage with hot oils.
Would you have plastic surgery?
There is nothing that I want to change right now, but I would definitely consider it in the future.
What product do you recommend to your friends and family?
St Tropez self-tan bronzing lotion. It's very important to protect your skin and stay out of the sun, but we all need some help for special occasions. I find St Tropez really easy to use.
What is always in your fridge?
V Water vitamin water and vegetables.
Do you have a guilty pleasure?
McVitie's digestive biscuits.
What would be your last meal on earth?
Something traditional, such as shepherd's pie.
Do you take vitamins or supplements?
I take probiotics, vitamin C, DHEA, magnesium, AlliTech and MSM. I'm not quite sure what they all do but they're good for anti-ageing and wellbeing.
What is your feel-good philosophy?
Everything in moderation.
As you've grown older, have your feelings about your body changed?
I think I am pretty lucky with my size still, but it's the onset of wrinkles that bothers me more.
If you could change anything, what would it be and why?
My height - I'd like to be a little taller.
USA ShirtGym or yoga?
I'm more of a pilates person.
What do you do to unwind?
Relaxing is not something I'm good at, but lately I have been trying to find time to chill out at home.
