Your make-up bag staples?

led t8 tube

For foundation, I love Clinique Superfit Makeup. I use neutral eye colours from Mac, Lancome Hypnose Mascara and Paul & Joe lipgloss.

Your desert island essential?

Sunscreen in a very high factor - I always use 50-plus on my face in the summer - and a good tinted moisturiser, such as Laura Mercier.

What makes you feel glamorous?

High heels - being only 5ft 2in they are essential. I love shoe boots and stilettos with platforms as they give me an extra lift. I have some beautiful Alexander McQueen heels that I adore.

What is your favourite shop?

Maxfield in Los Angeles, and Liberty and Selfridges in London.

The best-ever beauty treatment?

I love any kind of massage, particularly Indian massage with hot oils.

Would you have plastic surgery?

There is nothing that I want to change right now, but I would definitely consider it in the future.

What product do you recommend to your friends and family?

St Tropez self-tan bronzing lotion. It's very important to protect your skin and stay out of the sun, but we all need some help for special occasions. I find St Tropez really easy to use.

What is always in your fridge?

V Water vitamin water and vegetables.

Do you have a guilty pleasure?

McVitie's digestive biscuits.

What would be your last meal on earth?

Something traditional, such as shepherd's pie.

Do you take vitamins or supplements?

I take probiotics, vitamin C, DHEA, magnesium, AlliTech and MSM. I'm not quite sure what they all do but they're good for anti-ageing and wellbeing.

What is your feel-good philosophy?

Everything in moderation.

As you've grown older, have your feelings about your body changed?

I think I am pretty lucky with my size still, but it's the onset of wrinkles that bothers me more.

If you could change anything, what would it be and why?

My height - I'd like to be a little taller.

USA Shirt

Gym or yoga?

I'm more of a pilates person.

What do you do to unwind?

Relaxing is not something I'm good at, but lately I have been trying to find time to chill out at home.
